City corporations, municipalities, and upazila teams can request a jurisdiction-scoped response portal. Submit your details below; NagarPulse reviews every application before portal access is granted.

How onboarding works

  1. Submit this form with your organization name, official contact email, and jurisdiction details (wards, unions, or coverage area).
  2. NagarPulse verifies your application and configures your organization record in our admin command center.
  3. After verification, your team receives a web portal invite to acknowledge, resolve, or reject reports in your assigned jurisdiction.

Portal access is not instant. We review jurisdiction scope before enabling officer accounts.
