Our commitment
NagarPulse has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors.
- We do not allow CSAM or CSAE on NagarPulse in any form.
- We act on credible reports and lawful requests without undue delay.
- We may suspend or permanently remove accounts involved in CSAE-related violations.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and recognised child-safety organisations where required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any visual depiction of a minor in a sexual context.
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual content from minors.
- Sexualisation of minors, including suggestive commentary, imagery, or role-play involving minors.
- Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
- Using NagarPulse features (reports, comments, emergency, volunteer, or RouteBuddy) to target, contact, or arrange meetings with minors for exploitative purposes.
Prevention measures
We use a combination of policy, product design, and moderation to reduce CSAE risk:
- Community Guidelines and Safety Policy that explicitly prohibit CSAE-related content and conduct.
- In-app reporting and moderation workflows for abusive or sensitive content.
- Restriction or removal of graphic, exploitative, or high-risk media pending review.
- Feature-specific safety rules for emergency and RouteBuddy to reduce misuse and unwanted contact.
- Account restrictions for repeat or severe violations.
Reporting and response
If you encounter suspected CSAM, CSAE, or endangerment of a minor:
- Report it immediately through our contact form or email support@nagarpulse.app with as much detail as possible (URLs, usernames, timestamps, and screenshots where safe to share).
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
- We review CSAE-related reports as a priority, remove violating content where confirmed, and restrict responsible accounts.
- We preserve information as needed for safety investigations and comply with applicable legal reporting obligations.
- We do not use NagarPulse to facilitate retaliation against good-faith reporters.
Children and minimum age
NagarPulse is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data or has been harmed through the Services, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.
