How to request deletion
- In the mobile app: open Profile and select request account deletion when the option is available.
- Alternatively, email support@nagarpulse.app from the address you used to register, with the subject line "Account deletion".
What may be retained
After deletion, some information may remain in anonymised or aggregated form, or where retention is required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup cycles. Public reports you submitted may remain visible as part of the community record unless law requires removal.
