Using RouteBuddy safely
RouteBuddy is community coordination for daily commutes between verified users. It is not a licensed ride-hailing or public transport service. When participating, you agree to:
- Complete institute or workplace email verification and obtain organisation approval before browsing or requesting rides.
- You may match with users from other approved organisations; both parties must remain verified.
- Meet in public, well-lit locations. Do not share your exact home address in chat.
- Agree fares in advance for transparency; payment is arranged directly between users (cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.). NagarPulse does not process payments or guarantee fares.
- Use block and report tools if another user behaves inappropriately.
- Make your own judgment about whether a ride arrangement is safe; NagarPulse does not vet individuals beyond organisation verification.
Payments
All ride payments occur offline between users. NagarPulse is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or fraud related to fare arrangements.
