FAQ
Is this a taxi or Pathao competitor?
No. RouteBuddy is verified workplace / campus ride sharing for planned commutes and special trips. Fares are agreed between users and paid offline.
Can we restrict matching to only our employees?
Today matching can include other approved organizations on the same corridor (both must be verified). Domain whitelist still controls who from your org can join.
What happens when someone resigns?
In the employer portal, mark them Left or Suspended. RouteBuddy access is blocked, active routes close, and open trips are settled so seats free up — pending and accepted matches cancel; in-progress trips are closed for safety.
Is there a fee?
Early partner onboarding is available for launch corridors. Contact us for campus or enterprise packages.
