How authorities join NagarPulse
City teams do not self-sign-up on this website. Onboarding is a short partnership setup with NagarPulse, then officers use the admin portal.
- Your organisation contacts us (email on the Contact page) with your jurisdiction and a point of contact.
- We configure your authority, areas, and officer accounts in the admin command center.
- Officers sign in to the admin portal to assign, update, and resolve reports that citizens post in your area.
NagarPulse is an independent community platform, not a government website. Official responses are shown when your team is connected.
