Emergency alerts
When you need help fast, you can ping volunteers near your location. They get a push notification, not a public post with your phone number on the web.
This is not 999, fire service, or ambulance dispatch. If someone's life is in danger, call official emergency services first.
- ✓Pick a type: medical, fire, accident, or other, and add a short note.
- ✓Your GPS location is used to find volunteers within about 1–1.5 km who have opted in.
- ✓Up to dozens of nearby volunteers can be notified; they choose to accept or decline in the app.
- ✓You can close an alert when the situation is handled.
- ✓False or joke alerts can limit your account.
